Welcome to Critical Cards. By accessing or purchasing from our website (criticalcards.ca), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

-Critical Cards is an independent reseller of trading card products.
-We are not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures.
-All content, logos, and product names are the property of their respective owners.
2. Products
-All products sold are authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers.
-Product images and descriptions are provided for reference; actual packaging or print runs may vary.
-Availability of products is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.
3. Orders & Payment
-All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
-Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.
-We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud or stock errors.
4. Shipping
-Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
-Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination.
-Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
-We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
-Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our [Refund Policy].
-Returned products must be unopened and in the same condition as received.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable items include:
-Opened trading card products (booster packs, boxes, tins, etc.), Single cards and Digital goods.

-We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities, or damages beyond the order value.
