Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Critical Cards. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

-Eligibility: Items must be unopened and in the same condition as received.

-Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

-Process: Contact us at support@criticalcards.ca with your order number to start a return.

-Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

-Refund method: Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

-Non-returnable items:

Opened trading card products (booster packs, boxes, tins, etc.)

-Single cards

-Digital goods
