Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon products, all sales are final unless there’s a clear issue.

Eligible for return (with approval)

  • Wrong item received

  • Product significantly different than described

  • Damage in transit (with photos of packaging + item)

Not eligible

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Opened/handled/resealed items

  • Condition complaints without clear photo evidence

How to request
Email support@criticalcards.ca within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and shipping box

  • Brief description of the issue

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Refunds
Issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
