We want you to be happy with your order. Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon products, all sales are final unless there’s a clear issue.
Eligible for return (with approval)
Wrong item received
Product significantly different than described
Damage in transit (with photos of packaging + item)
Not eligible
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Opened/handled/resealed items
Condition complaints without clear photo evidence
How to request
Email support@criticalcards.ca within 3 days of delivery with:
Order number
Photos of the item and shipping box
Brief description of the issue
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
